Plan requirements
Simple terms for dependable monthly service
- Customers enrolled in both plans receive 12 filter replacements per year: two during the two preventive-maintenance visits and 10 during separate monthly filter-route visits. The filter-plan price remains unchanged.
- A full 12-month supply of filters may be ordered and paid for in advance, then delivered to and stored at the customer’s service address. The customer is responsible for safeguarding the stored filters.
- Automatic monthly payment and a 12-month service agreement are required.
- Service is available within established VIP monthly routes.
- Filters must be readily accessible during the scheduled visit.
- Attic, ceiling, ladder-required and other difficult-access filters may require an additional charge.
- Customer access is required at the scheduled time; a missed-access visit remains billable.
- HVAC repairs, diagnostics and preventive maintenance are separate services.
